Ann Fullerton is among this year’s PSU Civic Engagement Award winners. She is being recognized for her community-based teaching. She and the other award winners will be honored at the PSU Civic Engagement Awards event on May 24, 2012.
Dr. Fullerton is a professor of special education and the director of research for the Graduate School of Education. She is also the program coordinator of the popular Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp – a PSU Capstone program that facilitates camp experiences for 500-600 children and adults with disabilities. She has worked at PSU since 1990.

These awards acknowledge the importance of civic engagement in all facets of university life.”
